Someone help me please. I am trying to submit a ticket in Wartune. The problem is that the drop down box for the game is ok I can highlight "Wartune" but the next tab for the server does not have Server 5 Oceanic in it. Therefore I cannot proceed any further. Maybe I am doing something wrong but it is very very frustrating.

Because you don't play on a mainsite R2 server, you need to access the support link found on your game screen (if the GM button is working, or if your screen has Support links above or below the game screen), or the one found on the server selection screen where it says "Have any questions or concerns? Click here", so that you can find your platform's specific server list.
