MPD Narrandera Remains bugged when entering

Today I got this screenload. First it was saying I was in the dungeon Nether Forest with big capitals on the screen.
I refreshed after a few minutes and after coming back online it seems to be normal and also was in the right MPD.

So guys. Just refresh and don't leave this mpd otherwise you loose attempt.
