Chest cloth in clothing shard exchange event.

hello.. since time ago i saw on clothing shard exchange that we can get one chest of cloths x 40 cloths shard, But inside descripcion said "Open to obtain one of tthe following" where if you open just get ONE PIECE of the set of cloths.. is correct it? because 40 cloth shard x 1 piece of cloth..is bad very bad since is hard get enough cloth shard

It is 1 piece only. Several of my guildies were caught out.

It is NOT the whole set!
