Stuck in crossserver ef hell

3 of us on server 206 are stuck in ef hell. We have blackscreens and no way of leaving dungeon. How do we get out. Refresh clear cache cookies etc does nothing as we just reappear in ef hell with black screen. We have the event icons at top of screen but no toon icons or bottom of screen icons.

It sounds like you've tried just about everything to get out of there. Can you provide the character name and server numbers of everyone in your team, and a screenshot for good measure? R2 needs that information to forward to the devs to see what they can do.

server is s206 but also known as 201 and 207 plus others. We are off 206 or 201. Character names 1) merly 2) PLUNDERELLA 3)matteo333

S206 can't be known as 201, or 207, as all three are on different time zones. Do you play through R2, or though the other wartune site?

Yes, you do play through the other publisher. You can find their support by clicking on Support through the facebook game page, or by going to www dot wartune dot com. Unfortunately, our support can't assist you with this.

It has been suggested trying to all log off, and waiting about 30 minutes to an hour, and then see if that's kicked you guys out. Failing that, you will need dev intervention, so you're going to have to send in a support ticket to your publisher.

A simple hot key for exit button would have been great. Thanks for advice. Will have to wait and see if get response to tickets raised.

That is a suggestion we can forward for you. I do believe it's been suggested and forwarded before, but never hurts to forward such things again.
