Today i make lv 11 res stone but can take rewards for this i write ticket and give screenshots maeby any have same problem and what i mus make now ?

Tickets can at times take up to between twenty-four and forty-eight hours to get a reply. If it has been this long and you have not yet heard anything on the issue please give us your server number and in game name so we can try to get it poked into for you.
I wish I knew what was causing this because it seems only a small handful are having the problem, so I thank you for your patience while this tries to be figured out.
