    Hi,

    My VIP has suddenly disappeared. When I click on the "renew VIP" button, I get this message:

    {"code":34,"msg":"As VIP membership is currently still active on this character you can't renew it at this time."**

    I go into my R2 account and it verifies that my VIP renewed October 22, 2015. I try to submit a ticket and fill out all the info, get the message "check your email and click the link" but I never get said email, neither to my inbox nor my junk mail.

    I'm at a loss as to what is going on.

    When you get the "check your email" message, your ticket went through fine, you're just not getting the auto reply confirmation email. You'll get a message emailed to you when you get an actual reply. If you don't hear anything in 24 hours, let us know the character name and server you filed that under, and we'll ask for a ticket number and a status check for you.
