server reset time 2 hours too early

The last 2 days my server s12 Delphinian Swamp has been resetting itself at 03:00(5am central time) instead of 05:00(7am central time) seriously what is going on? I wanted to do a quick tower of kings before work and before server reset this morning but come to find out server had reset early again. What in the hell is going on.
