Learn free skill(sylph)?

Just a question, is it possible to learn delphic during this "random" thing? we know it is really rigged elsewhere, so is this too?

I am using my athena as test subject, and all that I keep getting are the 2 skills that heal and increase def mostly, does happen that I get the other skills, and passive as well. Since release I've done this twice per day(first try took away my delphic). So has anyone actually gotten delphic with free skill?

Also notice, the 2 skills I consider the worse(def and heal skill), I've never been able to get rid of both of them, and if I am missing, 3 out of 4 times, I will get the one I am missing.

No, as far as I've heard and seen is that only merged sylph's can get it?

This skill has now been amended I believe. I'm not sure if people can still use it but when they try to forget it it comes up with a message saying "unable to forget - skill type and sylph type don't match"
