recharge rewards trouble

Hi,

i made today 4 recharges. 2 of 10k balens, 1 of 4k balens, 1 of 2k balens. Got reward for 60k recharge event, but missing recharge pack bonuses + bound balens bonuses. Can u take a look ?

Missing bonus pack for 10k, 4k, 2k recharges. Missing bound balen rewards for same packages.

You will want to send in a ticket under the missing items category (not the billing category), at www.r2games.com/support, and let them know what items you are missing from your recharges. Be as detailed as you can with what items you're needing them to send you, if you qualified for those items.

here my ticket number, already sent it from few hours ago, nothing happening, sent screen shoot too, not even an automated mail from R2 in my case. Can u hurry up guys ? events going out in short time, and still nothing.

So you can't claim big spender rewards under hot events? Same happened to other events, like resist lately. So this is some general event error then?
