Try refresh the game and check if it's work after that. If you still can't collect your Henna after that, you should send a ticket about it then.

You need to dismantle to collect - yes its a really stupid way to do it but what do you expect from r2.

The harvest button appears after like 30-45min, or did for me, might have been a fluke.

i could harvest on my alt. some told me they only saw the dismantle button and not the harvest icon. maybe just a display issue. (harvest will also dismantle the building i believe)
