Hey R2,

Yesterday I had around 3000 bound balens. Today I have less than 200. What happened to them?

I also have a huge amount of gold today that I did not have yesterday. Were my balens converted to gold?

Being as there is a sylph upgrade event currently on, I would just check to see, what type of sylph were you trying to upgrade, and what color rarity is it?
Most common mistake is trying to do something with items in ones vault, so it takes balen instead. However as mentioned, we can only troubleshoot here, we're not able to look into your characters records. Good luck
