Certain Titles that have been attained are now not showing as activated. Reborn Phoenix is one of them.

for clothing titles that are not activated, and you are 100% sure you have all 4 pieces do the following:
1. go to dressing room and put on the clothing set
2. SAVE THE OUTFIT so its what your wearing
3. refresh 1-2 times
it will NOT announce in chat that you got the title, but you will see the br change, and can go to your titles and see its activated now. IF its not activated at that point then try again later or file a ticket. odds are that it will be activated after you do those things.Comment

So in order for the reborn Phoenix title, it must stay equipped other wise it turns back off. That is a BUG!
Most people prolly don't see it missing till you look for it.Comment
