    That's a different concept called market demand. It's the market that determines the success of a company. If a company has chosen to do business in a certain market, it needs to meet the demand of that particular market. It's also the company's own choice to enter or leave a certain market. Pertaining to Wartue in particular, I would deem most customer demands being sensible and reasonable, and most customers being loyal and tolerant.

      I point you to the part where I said "limitations of physics". Anything that violates the laws of physics is not "reasonable" under any measure I know.
