Can't Play with Stolen Items from R2 - still no Fix

Been going on about this since Maintenance I know, but getting no where with any update from R2


Took ALL 18 of my Resist Crystals



And the results are really Bad




So what is going on R2 ?

Mine still isn't fixed either. Not sure what the problem is, but this is ridiculous. I'm beginning to think it'll never be fixed.

They gave me back 1/2 my stuff and said that is all they can do.So if you do get any back I wouldn't count on getting it all back.

I've had them lie in a ticket before, but that one is a doozy!
