Wind ranger can inflict that kind of bleed, but only happened to me against very badly defense players(like myself xD).
So you are sure it was Advance at least?
Also the sylph bleeds are very underpowering. even with 300k+ atk, my sinister rot(that should do 70% or so) does close to nothing.
