It looks like there are two level 40 events in the game, but 70 gear got missed.
I & II give 40s exchange
III gives 50s exchange
IV gives 60s exchange
So those who bought 70s shards are screwed - they have shards they cannot use.
R2 needs to fix this urgently (event runs out today & real money would have been used to obtain the shards)
or give everyone with 70s shards another exchange
