Having a problem checking on ticket numbers - the page does not load anymore.
Since we have to keep reminding r2 that they have not solved problems.
How are we to do that if the page does not load ?

Use a different browser, chrome and firefox don't work for me. Good luck.

It loads fine for me, using Chrome. Though at times a bit slow... but loads. Can you indeed try a different browser, like Alsatia suggests?

Have already tried MS internet explorer and get the same.
