If it's an R2Games account, open up the purchase screen from ingame, like you were going to buy balens. At the top right corner of the pop up screen, there's numbers and a down arrow. Click the down arrow to show "My payment accounts". Click on that and it will show you a list of the payment accounts you have used. Click Delete next to the one you want to delete, and it will be removed from the system.
If you aren't on an R2Games account, you are going to need to contact the payment provider for the platform you play on. You should be able to find the contact information in one of your receipts.New R2 Community Discord Server: https://discord.gg/VFMzFDqKq5
