BR Bug still their even r2 supposed to fix it

What I don't get is this bug comes and goes, at least for me. I started getting affected by this probably about a month ago but it only lasted a few days. Now it seems I am affected by this bug everyday along with the hp loss bug.

This bug is so frustrating. Spend time and money working on building a strong character and the the weak ones who speed leveled and spent nothing, gladly take advantage of your huge BR drop when you are offline.

Why even bother playing anymore.
