New Patch: No random clothing in new clothing system

Upgrading the Clothing System will increase total attribute bonuses for the system. Starting at Lvl. 10, players will randomly obtain clothing for every 5 levels upgraded.

Since the new patch I have leveled my clothing up to lvl 57 and have received no random clothing drops? Am I missing something or is it not working/bugged?

It could possibly be also that the random dropped clothing you already had in your inventory. I upgraded to level 38 but only received 1 new pair of wings. My alt received 2 new pairs..
her first new pair though I already had.. so it is possible you would have received new clothing if you didnt already have what they wanted to give you.

It's in the wording...it's not that you'll get a random piece of clothing every 5 levels after level 10, but that there's a random chance you'll get a piece of clothing for every 5 levels upgraded after level 10.
