codes not working

No codes are working , cannot redeem codes, it tells me wrong numbers try again. I have copy and paste also put it in manually. I have tried both clients and browsers will not work in any
The codes are for return player and invite player. It is the first time using codes.

yeah. and r2 are just ignoring the complains. not even a reply from a mod on whats the status of the complain. they dont give a **** about their players. all they want is money.

i filed a ticket and they just replied i might not reach the requirement. how the hell could i get a code if i did not qualify the requirement. wither they dont give a **** or r2 just hires idiot support team.

* What codes are you referring to?
* For the return player codes, are you trying to use on your old character or new?
* What server (and platform) is this for?
