    If there's issues in the chat on your server, please take the appropriate screenshots and send them in a ticket to www.r2games.com/support with the english translations so R2 can decide if the content is against the rules and act accordingly.

          ¨¨ahem...sorry, but really. askin players to translate stuff to make a ticket...now how can that go wrong...lets see..
          1: talkin to a friend on own native lingo on how the holiday was. some sore butt translates it as HES ABOUT TO KILL ME EEEEK!! BAN HIM BAN HIM=abuot same rsult as usa drone hit to the player who talked.
          2: ¨ticket crew says who cares...like on most stuff :P
          3: they just ban you as you annoyin as you push the ticket till they hear you.
          4: so on and so on.

          if a mentor is present on server. they are informed on it happenin...mentor is to take pics on chat. not a player. even more so. not the player who has to translate it...

            There are a number of issues here.

            Mentors have no power, they are not GMs; the fact that they are doing 'nothing' is probably due to the fact that they are only required to speak english.

            As MemoryLane pointed out, using google translate does not show those statements to be racist, nor do they 'prove' anything about hackers. You (and a third party as well), would have to explain exactly what it is they are saying to those of us who are not fluent in Portuguese.

            More importantly, even if someone in world chat said the words 'I am a hacker, I hack wartune' - that is still not proof of anything, except maybe an idiot.

              Hi there.

              There seems to be a little confusion about the role of the Mentor on a server having these problems, and how they should handle it. My Wartune Mentors are only required to have written proficiency in English, not any other language. The reason being for this is that this is an English-speaking platform, which is why all the games are in English, as is the customer support. This can create some extra steps for support, or players contacting support, with things like behavior problems.

              I myself was witness to Current chat on this server, in part during the time the Mentor was present on the server. There was a very large amount of messages from several different people, and screenshotting/actively translating every single one of these messages for context and appropriate language is not an easy thing to do. By the time one message is translated, ten more have come up, and chat space is finite, after a certain point none of it will be visible again This is where screenshotting the behavior you feel is inappropriate and submitting it in a behavior report ticket is crucial...providing your own translation, to be compared against what the other translation(s) support will find say. After this is done, a decision can and will be made.

              Spamming support with multiple tickets or multiple needless replies to any number of tickets DOES NOT help you get what you want. This has never been the case for anyone at any time, ever.
