Artifact and Halidom Empty in Screen That shows How to Level

I have purple artifact and Halidom. When I click on the down arrow, I get a screen with empty squares. I have refreshed, cleared cookies and cache, tried various browsers



and when I click on the up arrow to upgrade: (there are 2 available to upgrade to, but they are the same as what I already have):



It seems I have no way to lvl to orange and the sys doesn't recognize I have anything to upgrade.

The orange upgrade button shows, regardless of whether or not you have the materials to upgrade.

The first picture shows that in the "Artifact and Halidom" section, you have 2 possible upgrades (what is highlighted is the section header, which isn't a craftable item, hence empty squares). 1 blue artifact to purple, or 1 blue halidom to purple.

The next two under those would be the purple to orange. You appear to not have the required materials to upgrade purple to orange. That would be 1000 soul core/ice spirit cores + 1000 divine energy. Do you have those materials?
