    Submitting tickets for Kabam servers

    Just tried to send a ticket - I play on Kabam server, US West 13. When you click on support to send a ticket, it redirects to R2 games and our server is not available in the drop down menu thus no ticket can be sent. I know this was an issue back in Sept 2015, but it apparently it is again an issue. Please help address this. There is a new player on our server who is sending out nasty pm messages. They are sexual and offensive in nature.

    I had it tested by a mentor and it went to the proper form.. Which link are you using to access the ticket page?

      the kabam log in page - after you have logged in, at the top it has game info, forum, support and play now - click on support and it redirects. Also redirects when on the kabam home page when you click support at the bottom. I am using Maxthon. Have never had an issue before. Also tried with Chrome and it redirects as well.

        Are you unable to get into the game? Once in a server, you can click the red support button at the top, which opens the proper form.

        I'll forward the issue with submitting a ticket from the other links.

          Sweet pickles lol I never keep the banner open so hadn't noticed the support tab there! It does open and lists our server so will try that, thank you so much! I can get into game just fine, being able to send the ticket in was the only issue.

            Okay good.

            The other links have been forwarded. You shouldn't have to go through so much trouble trying to contact support.
