[Bug or Intentional] Outland Contest (Central Crystal War)

I don't know if it was only me or any other leader is having this problem as well. The message board in the Outland Contest (Central Crystal War) doesn't give anyone time to update the announcement. In some instances, it will revert back to the old text (if one is entered), thus a complete waste of text if someone (a leader) is typing, especially when trying to convey a message to everyone on the team. In others, it would erase the text (if you are writing) with each internal refresh/update to the points/defenders left/placing/members deployed to said color castle for attack. This is very irritating and annoying that I had to make some templates and cross fingers when I copy and paste onto the block and hitting the Edit button to update.

Can this be looked into and hopefully be fixed if a bug or told if it was intentional?
