Can't enter tanks

Came back to the game a few weeks ago and ever since I cannot enter in tanks. The screen just sits there showing pics of my tanks, progress and other data. No button to Quick Join or make a party. Anyone have this or know how to fix it? Been in and out of screen all different times when tanks open up.

This is all I see when I enter Tank Trials. Doesn't matter what the server time is... and yes I know Tanks are 21:30 - 21:55

You don't enter tanks by going to the tank guy in cloud city. You enter tanks through the time box icon up top.
