    Hi, it's been 3 years since I've played this game I just remembered it now, but it seems everything about my account has been deleted? I made sure my email is correct because I have purchases from February 2014 so this is my account but it seems it has been reset? is there a reason for this? is it because I haven't logged in for so long? is there a way I can get everything back? it even says I'm level 1, I believe I should be like level 91 by now on Forums. What's happened to my account? it has no information about my account at all, it's like it's just been created, but I have purchases from 2014 and I remember I had some very expensive (irl) items on this game.


    Edit: It says my join date Jan 2014, but where's all my stuff? it's been reset, I forgot my actual account name for Wartune, is there a way I can find that out? if I could, will I even be able to play again or is 3 years too long to come back?

    The new platform rolled out in August of 2015, so if you haven't logged in for 3 years, you couldn't be anything over a level 1.

    One thing that wasn't saved between the old platform and the new one were the last game and server you played. Do you remember which server you were on? Is there no character there now?

      Thanks for response, that's the thing, I have no idea what server I was on, nor do I know my characters name, is there anyway for you or myself to find that out?

        On this account, there's only characters on 684 and 685, but those aren't the characters you are looking for. Might be a different account you were on before, but the email you're logging in with is the same payment email you used.

        Can you pm me with the account email just to verify? Also, would you happen to have any of the receipts from your 2014 purchases? A copy of one of those, specifically the transaction number, date, and amount, may help.

              They only found the one character, and it has a payment history, including including balens and VIP.
