Complete Level 60 legendary set Collection

I have issue in event Level 60 legendary set Collection , I have collect 4 of 60 legendary sets before event and complete another 4 when the event held, but I only can collect 2 reward, Please help me solve this Problem.

well u stated u had made 4 gears before event and 4 gears made during event

if u read the event description from the screen shot u provided it does state you need to make them during the event

so the 4 u made before event wont be counted

yes, but why I can collect the complete of 5 - 6 of the 60 legendary set reward if the other 4 are not count?
and my friend got all reward tha he complete 4 before event and 4 when event held too...
