Sorry in advance if I'm in the wrong place, but can't seem to find a thread pertaining to my issue. Okay ticket #596411 I was missing some 36,785 b balens during a mount training event. I have already received confirmation that they will put them back into my account. (10,000 for now the rest has to be confirmed) They needed to know when would it be a good time to do this and I said after 8pm pst 03/04/2017. That did not happen so I fired off another reply to their email and suggested any time after 10pm pst 05/03/2017. My question is how long am I going to have to play this game with them? What can you guys do to facilitate this?
