recharge menu doesnt open

cant open the recharge menu
if i click on recharge it gives me the screen but al it does is trying to load it without succes
tried normal web browser and client to get in , great way for paying custommers not to spend money in the game
hope it gets fixed soon or did r2 change the conditions for recharging i mean i know it has been a month since my last recharge
