Sure they can, under direction from a GM or R2, if the situation warrants it, such as spamming the mentor, purposefully wasting the mentor's time, being overly mean, or being one of the few people who volunteers will no longer deal with. Of course there's also the possibility of it being unwarranted, but I'm sure the mentor you spoke with in chat has taken care of the situation.

Im twisters on server 664s cluster have many accounts on different server equinox and magik know me problem is my friend unable to control his anger but actually he is nice person he send me the screenshoot his ticket ignoring and when he asked mentor about this theen mentor forwarded the case to gm they told him they doesnt have control on ticket he had been told by equinox that equinox said to not reapond his ticket and when he think they are lying he abused forum by spamming and threating equinox.
I want to be fair to everyone he has 54m br toon and he is nice person actually however he cannot recharged on r2 platdorm while this problem exist for him.
Cant we find an alternative for him? he cannot tell his sugestion/ in game problem/question in ticket and he us banned on forum so how he supposed to playing game on this platform?

Well, I covered that in my explanation above - 'being one of the few people who volunteers will no longer deal with', and this is exactly the case here.

The only alternative is for "your friend" to find a new game to play on a different platform. No one is being treated unfairly here, except for me, who keeps having to ban forum accounts because someone doesn't seem to grasp that he will never receive help from me again.
