Tried to use my veterans welfare code i just generated, however it says code expired?

brand new updated code, but its expired? little help with this please?

did another small recharge on K1TSUN3 to renew the code but still getting the same error, any help from a mentor / support would be appreciated.

Have you ever used a veteran code from or used a veteran code on K1TSUN3? And, is Mini on the same R2 account as K1TSUN3?

If you've never used a code, and it is on the same account, please send in ticket to https://www.r2games.com/support with your screenshots. Do not level character until you've heard back from support.

Never used it that i can Recall. always used to miss the return player events time wise.

Is mini a new character? That might also have something to do with it. But send in a ticket, just in case it's an issue that needs the devs to look into.
