So i know for a fact that dragon shards can be made by dragon soul stones but those are rare to obtain and people constantly get shards of dragons they have already obtained (pebbles #1 example)
So i was wondering if there could be a way to get a certain number of a particular shard and recycle them into dragon soul stones (ie. 10 pebbles shards = 1 dragon soul stone).
