Anyone know if the damage from the Tank skills in the CSGB are a set damage or if there is a % based damage we do based on our own stats? If there is anywhere to look regarding this issue please point me in the right direction. Just trying to figure it out! If anyone was a tank yesterday and read the skill description and can enlighten me would be greatly appreciated.
