You've said "as alot of ppl say"
You can't be sure of what ppl say, you've not said, mods are saying, admins saids, chineese have the issue, you've exactly said "as alot of ppl say"
So you can't know and say, W8 and see, like you are sure it will happend, they could do SC and SS (soul seal) event both for a while, then maybe stop SC event but still keep the SS event
We don't know till they don't have make it live (it's often different from china and also not alwas as they said in news ^^)

I know after this whips event, the cries are out and on a megaphone.. but as much as I hate to say it, I have to.. we aren't ever told in advance. I can only suggest you keep an eye on the events and news forum for a future announcement, and cross your fingers for sooner rather then later.
