Triton's Water's Spirit skill, anyone tested it?

Just an update on this, been trying to get some info on if its bugged or not, and getting pretty much shut down because I don't have the means to make a video of it in action, and not going to get software to do so just for this game. Screenshots really don't work for depicting it in action either. If only could get them to share how its intended to work....
