Please add levels to dragon soul and please give us a way to use fate stones after maxing fate skill or add an exchange event please thanks.

Just sell them I suppose. I don't see any player pressing hard on event exchange for those obsolete stuff (fate stones, dragon souls, soul crystals).
And probably the same - nothing that will be done to ensure these items don't go deficit in the game:
roses, purple and legend farm seeds, socket rods, refinement locks, holy water, etc...Comment
