yes they give this event so very late, most have maxed soul seal already.

myself maxed it 2 days before the first time this event came out. bummer.

soul mark goes up by 10 for each adv lvl you have from what I know

I think he's mad because they didn't have this event before he maxed to lvl 80. So he's mad because he doesn't get a chance to get the rewards. lol
