EU Maintenance Time Has To Change

For the 2nd time in a row the maintenance has overrun giving us no world boss. Personally, that's 30m gold lost each time and more from the gimped wb the next day. Current compensation just doesn't cut it.

btw. missing wb is bad, but i think you should be happy, that's only wb for us, oceanic has much bigger losses with all those mounthly events
