I know what he meant and I stand by my statement.
While statistically improbable, it is possible eventhough it's very far off the recorded average.
His chances of not getting a socket rod after 900 spins considering the average is 1 in 154 spins is 0.00284 aka 0.28%, yes, EXTREMELY low, but still possible.
