Is 8th anniversary start on 7 august?

Anniversary dates have never been set in stone. Related events in years past have happened anywhere from May to August, and at least one of those anniversaries was delayed to coincide with a patch.

No hints. I know patch 10 is coming, and I know that we're in a month anniversary events tend to happen. I don't know if they are waiting for patch 10. I don't know if/when anniversary events are happening.
