    guild castle would be on a new map like our castles are and a entire guild would participate ina siege it would be like 6 v s wordboss but the wb would be the castle and the castles power would be defined
    by various things stated below you must attack the moat first then either the walls or towers and finaly the keep if you dont take the keep no reward !

    Sieges would take an entire week you get so many Battle actions per day, unless one side forfits and sues for peace ( some gold or daru maybe ?)minimum reward would need to be set and it would add a negative contribution so even if your guild has no extra contribution it wont gain anymore until it fills it in



    OR some kind of points for the winner or special perks of some kind for special gear... that might be fairer
    The proffessions stated below would raise their skill through some sort of mini game or task related to their proffession and not take battle action points

    Rolls can be changed o n the fly but people gain more experience in that roll the better they are at it


    people would be designated with different rolls mason builds walls the more you have and the longer theyve been working the higher lvl your walls or towers will be
    Towers with a higher lvl permit more people to defend it and are more resistant to being destroyed

    Firemen would stop fires from spreading

    Armorer the better he is the more bonuses you get to your armor effective in guild battles and sieges only
    Cooks help prevent disease and add some bonuses effective in guild battles and sieges only
    Priests keep the people from rioting and screwing up bonuses and give some of their own effective in guild battles and sieges only
    healers repair wounded people and speed recovery from a defeat
    enchanter adds many bonuses effective in guild battles and sieges only

    Towers would house siege engines like catapults which do dmg over time and ae damage(with upgrades to do burnign dmg over time) or ballista which would do great single target damage with a great chance to critical and pierce through to the next row. or they could house archers or magicians adding to their power

    Walls just add hp the better they are they can house archers and mages no bonuses

    Moats prevent a direct rush to the wall the better the moat the longer it takes the enemy to fill in part and cross built by diggers

    also forgot to add that guild raidbosses would be nice as well some sort of small permenent perk for the guild who defeats it first and afterwards some sort of reward for who beats it weekly there could be different types like one does heavy magic damage or heavy meleee
