I have this Item ROSE PETAL. But I don't know where to use it or exchange it.. Someone can tell me?

Its used to get the piggy mount. You need 85 of them to get the mount. Unless something changes though, non-cashers can only get I think 75. But I would hold onto them...never know if R2 will add another event or two. Right now though I don't think anything is planned but R2 is taking some heat over this event so we'll have to see.
