Sythetizing Potions and Runes

Hello
I would like to suggest to make it possible to sythetize low lvl potions and runes to higher ones; just as luck stones and gems. Also, if it is possible to convert scrolls to other types of scrolls, like patt into matt since some of them are useless for knights and archers or mages.

While I don't think that the scroll conversion is relevant enough (there's simply not that many scrolls in my inventory) I would definitely agree that upgrading potions and perhaps runes should be enabled somehow, by paying gold, combining or in some other way.
