I'm hoping that this is correct. The sole reason I bought wings was for the stats advertised.

Does BR add stats? If it doesn't then it's no big deal. But nerfing the wings is kinda overboard, should i spend buy steeds? Maybe in future the steed card will also get nerfed?

The nerfing is purely for the R2 servers or the chinese servers have the same thing?

It happened on S1-S6 I believe for testing. And supposedly the rest of us get it next week?
