uhm may I know what pvp cross server points are for?

the mystery shop points are earned from prior mystery shop purchases.

the cross server PvP points (once you have 1000) give you a warrior mark and if you're good enough to make the top 20 you get a new title

Its not a warrior's mask its a warrior's mark and apparently you are able to turn them in for varying rewards. I've not gotten one since I stayed out of the BGs for a while due to not liking running into casher crusaders and losing 400 honor per lose...that hurt.

I found out that it's best to go into the next level bracket as that bracket will most likely have people around your rank title. i.E. if your 69 don't stay there thinking you will lose less there. Go hit 70 as when you hit 70 most people in that bracket will most likely be elite crusader or up. Yes this isn't always the case but you will definitly find more people around your rank in the next bracket.

No. You get one. What is contained therein is random.

the entire patch hasn't been rolled out yet. in another thread the titles have been confirmed as not implemented yet...
