Not a hack. If you have dominant BR, you can cap a single BG at 3,000+ (though the overage won't apply) especially with a double honor scroll. This is common at lower brackets. In addition, honor rank determines number of points per kill - though it looks as if an honor scroll was indeed used here. In addition, a death potentially costed that '21 kill' player some honor as well. -
