step1: on your google chrome search bar type chrome://plugins
step2: on your upper-right screen click DETAILS
step3: you'll see TWO(2)shockwave flash.. DISABLE the 1st one and ENABLE the 2nd one.
step4: now just reconnect!.. then TADAANNN! enjoy!

This is if you have Adobe Flash installed. Google Chrome also includes PepperFlash, their own variant. Which works fine for me... not for all people.

Also, you will have to do this every day. PepperFlash re-enables itself all the time.
