I have run up on a new Astral (for me, anyway). It's called Ruthlessness, and calculates "floating Damage".
Does anyone here know what that means, and how it is calculated?

Floating damage (from what I heard from other players) Say that it affects on how much your current damage does. It can go either ways, Say a move does 3k on someone it can either go to 4k or 2k.
