Knight: Priest or Gryphon

Hello, i am lvl 29, and not whether to continue improving the priest or start with the gryphon, who is better?

The new troops as you unlock them are always better once suffeciently levelled.

I would heavily encourage taking the gryphons.

You should also start saving up daru before new troops unlock, so that you can pile on the levels a little bit to instantly level up your new troops a bit.
